Warranty Replacement Request
Hettich hardware is covered under a Limited Warranty that applies exclusively to the original owner.
To proceed with a replacement request, the original purchase invoice must be provided as proof of ownership.
If proof of purchase is unavailable, we are unable to move forward with the warranty claim, in accordance with the terms of the Limited Warranty.
