2024 Red Dot Award
The FurnSpin pivot and swivel fittings set new standards in furniture design: with a rotational movement, the interior of a cabinet can be completely turned outwards. The sophisticated kinematics ensure rotation along a predetermined path, while the integrated soft-close mechanism ensures a high level of user comfort.
‘The innovative FurnSpin technology enables two furniture variants in one – open shelf or closed cabinet – while remaining largely invisible,’ said the Red Dot jury.
2023 interzum Award
The FurnSpin fitting revolutionises the functionality of cabinets by enabling a unique translational rotational movement. This allows the interior of the cabinet to be fully rotated outwards, ensuring effortless access to the rear areas. This fascinating transition between closed and open furniture is impressively staged. Thanks to sophisticated kinematics, the rotated body moves in a defined path, reliably preventing collisions between the edges of the furniture.

The ComfortSpin turntable from Hettich not only turns 360 degrees, but also partially extends out of the refrigerator when turning. With ComfortSpin, forgetting food in the back of the refrigerator is a thing of the past. The turntable can be integrated into almost any refrigerator. This rotating shelf is an intelligent addition to any kitchen and refrigerator. It offers a clever solution to an everyday problem: how to get to items at the back of the fridge. Another advantage: it can be easily removed for cleaning. A great idea!
2019 interzum Award
ComfortSpin is a turntable for refrigerators. The movable base turns the contents a full 360 degrees and partially extends out of the refrigerator. This enables the plate to be used for improved interior organisation, as the food placed on it is easily accessible. The holder can be easily attached to the glass or furniture base using suction cups, screws or Powerstrips, so that the turntable can also be installed in other cabinets.

2017 German Design Award Special Mention
The innovative Sensys thin door hinge offers furniture makers a wide range of design options to further differentiate themselves. It allows the use of thin core panels from 8 mm, which can be finished with an eye-catching design layer such as glass or concrete. In addition, thin versions of solid fronts made of materials such as mineral composites can also be realised. The high-quality look of exclusive materials can now be effortlessly combined with the simplicity of slimline shapes and fine joints.

The thin Sensys 8646i door hinge gives furniture manufacturers maximum design freedom and offers numerous opportunities for differentiation. It supports the use of thin core sheets from 8 mm that have a layer such as glass or concrete. Thin versions of solid fronts, for example made of mineral composite, are also available. The attractive appearance of high-quality materials can now be effortlessly combined with purist, slimline forms and narrow reveals. The Sensys 8646i thin door hinge, which features an extremely low-profile cup and an integrated silent system, extends the existing Sensys programme and provides the ideal solution for thin doors.

The clear, slim and harmonious lines – from the pot to the cover cap to the mounting plate – give the hinge a streamlined and contemporary look. All edges and radii contribute to the perfect match between the hinge and mounting plate. The Silent System damping is seamlessly integrated into the hinge, as is the release tab.

Sensys combines attractive design with convenience and a sense of luxury. The doors close automatically and gently thanks to an exceptionally large self-closing angle of 35 degrees. Reliable closing of furniture doors and smooth, gentle closing are guaranteed in temperatures ranging from +5°C to +40°C. This is unique in the market. The new wide-angle hinge with integrated Silent System offers numerous advantages for furniture that requires generous and unobstructed access. The zero-protrusion of the door allows for wide internal drawers without spacer profiles. In addition, there is no risk of fingers being trapped, regardless of the position of the door.

This wide-angle hinge enables the damped, automatic closing of furniture doors over an exceptionally wide opening angle of 35 degrees. Thanks to the zero-gap of the door, it is ideal for cabinets that have to be opened wide in order to be able to fully pull out inner drawers without spacer bars. The closing movement is smooth and even in a temperature range of 5 to 40 degrees Celsius.

Sensys combines attractive design with convenience. Reliable closing of furniture doors and even, gentle closing action are guaranteed in temperatures ranging from +5°C to +40°C. This is a unique feature on the market. The new thick door hinge with integrated Silent System supports the trend towards thick, heavy doors and ensures particularly narrow visible joints. In keeping with the purist design of the standard Sensys, two hinges are also sufficient here to ensure the ultimate in soft closing.

This hinge with integrated damping was developed to close furniture doors quietly and gently. Particularly due to the aesthetic appearance and the selection of high-quality materials, a beautifully shaped hinge generation has been created in which functionality is paramount. An elegant cover cap for the hinge cup hides the fixing screws, while another covers the hinge adjuster. The invisibly integrated damping mechanism closes every door automatically and gently, even from a wide opening angle, and ensures greater comfort in the kitchen.

Quadro dishwasher runners are designed for extreme conditions. Food scraps simply rinse off as the profiles have an open structure. The dishwasher baskets slide in and out with silky-smooth ease and perfect control, keeping the dishes safe. The optional Silent System ensures that the baskets glide gently and quietly, so the clinking of dishes is no longer audible.

Push to open Silent for hinged doors allows for a handleless design. It combines mechanical opening without a power connection with a damped self-closing mechanism in a single system. Installation is extremely easy, as the entire unit is simply screwed into the carcass and is suitable for all standard cabinet designs. With surfaces in white, grey and anthracite, the system blends unobtrusively into the respective carcass colour.
‘This innovative opening system ensures optimised user comfort in handleless furniture thanks to its damped self-closing mechanism,’ said the jury.

The fully mechanical push-to-open silent system for drawers enables what was previously only possible with electromechanical systems. Pressing on the furniture front opens the drawers so far that further pulling out is not necessary in most cases. The closing is done by means of a gentle, damped movement. Depending on personal preference, the system offers adjustment options for the release sensitivity, opening force and drawer gap. This increases comfort and safety and optimises the narrow gap in the front panel for different drawer formats and weights. The system is mounted invisibly under the drawer and offers ergonomic advantages for puristic furniture and kitchens.

Push to open Silent for drawers achieves purely mechanically what was previously only possible with electromechanical systems. A light press on the front opens the drawers so far that in most cases it is not necessary to open them any further, and closes them gently and softly. For perfect appearance and function, the release sensitivity, opening force and front gap can be individually adjusted. The system makes ergonomically usable purist designed furniture and kitchens and can even be easily retrofitted.

Dank der Öffnungsmechanik Push / Pull to move lassen sich Schrank-Falttüren mit WingLine L mit nur einer Handbewegung vollständig öffnen, auch grifflos. Der Beschlag ist für Türflügel bis zu 2.400 mm Höhe und 600 mm Breite geeignet. Durch den geringen Türeinsprung ist ausreichend Platz für Schubkästen und Auszüge. Die Dämpfung sowohl in Öffnungs- als auch in Schließrichtung ist besonders komfortabel, da sie zusätzlich für Ruhe sorgt.
