The thin Sensys 8646i door hinge gives furniture manufacturers maximum design freedom and offers numerous opportunities for differentiation. It supports the use of thin core sheets from 8 mm that have a layer such as glass or concrete. Thin versions of solid fronts, for example made of mineral composite, are also available. The attractive appearance of high-quality materials can now be effortlessly combined with purist, slimline forms and narrow reveals. The Sensys 8646i thin door hinge, which features an extremely low-profile cup and an integrated silent system, extends the existing Sensys programme and provides the ideal solution for thin doors.

The clear, slim and harmonious lines – from the pot to the cover cap to the mounting plate – give the hinge a streamlined and contemporary look. Reliable closing of furniture doors and smooth, gentle closing are guaranteed in temperatures ranging from +5°C to +40°C. This is unique in the market. The new wide-angle hinge with integrated Silent System offers numerous advantages for furniture that requires generous and unobstructed access. The zero-protrusion of the door allows for wide internal drawers without spacer profiles. In addition, there is no risk of fingers being trapped, regardless of the position of the door.

This wide-angle hinge enables the damped, automatic closing of furniture doors over an exceptionally wide opening angle of 35 degrees. Thanks to the zero-gap of the door, it is ideal for cabinets that have to be opened wide in order to be able to fully pull out inner drawers without spacer bars. The closing movement is smooth and even in a temperature range of 5 to 40 degrees Celsius.

This is a unique feature on the market. The new thick door hinge with integrated Silent System supports the trend towards thick, heavy doors and ensures particularly narrow visible joints. In keeping with the purist design of the standard Sensys, two hinges are also sufficient here to ensure the ultimate in soft closing.

This hinge with integrated damping was developed to close furniture doors quietly and gently. Particularly due to the aesthetic appearance and the selection of high-quality materials, a beautifully shaped hinge generation has been created in which functionality is paramount. An elegant cover cap for the hinge cup hides the fixing screws, while another covers the hinge adjuster. The invisibly integrated damping mechanism closes every door automatically and gently, even from a wide opening angle, and ensures greater comfort in the kitchen.
