Further education and training is an important part of the customer service provided by Hettich. Only through training is it possible to clearly demonstrate the use and function of technical products.
Hettich tries to combine different training requirements in order to offer target group-oriented programmes.
Hettich offers all training and further education programmes for sales personnel in specialist or do-it-yourself stores in the Hettich Academy. Here training courses are offered which are tailored specially to the needs of trading partners.
