Hettich - Communication without limits

The continual exchange with trade and end users about new technical innovations emphasizes the competence of Hettich as an efficient supplier to the branch. The extensive publicity work and regular display advertisements in all relevant trade magazines and books, such as SelberMachen, Selbst ist der Mann, Wohnidee, Neues Wohnen etc. are just one of the many communication instruments used. The successful Hobby and Deco Tips are free to end consumers. There are now 12 which are published in 20 different languages. They have a circulation of over 1,000,000 per year.

With several drawings and icons we explain the most important Hettich-knowledge to the customers.
Those flyers are available in DIY stores which are supplied by Hettich and also in the download-area on this website.



Working together

Whether international participation at trade fairs, display advertisements, PR activities or promotional activities: Hettich shows permanent presence with the target groups. This also includes local activities such as targetted promotional events in the market, trade training or consumer training through the German Heimwerker Akademie. An extended co-operation with our partners at the German Heimwerker Akademie and the Do-it Club as well as collaboration with the Kurswerkstatt guarantee the continuous exchange of know-how and competence.


 

Entirely digital

The close contact to the user group is ensured by sponsoring the German Heimwerker Akademie and the „Do it Club“ (Bosch) as well as the „Kurs Werkstatt“.
Orientation in the two-language E-catalogue is easy, as the customer can use the tools in this catalogue without problem. The catalogue offers a product structure which is oriented towards the do-it-yourselfer. There is also a parametric search according to articles. The possibility of creating a purchase list and viewing the supply source certificate make it easier for the customer to buy his products.
