A delivery quota of min. 95% and a delivery time of maximum 5 days proves Hettich's service professionalism. The global Hettich sales organization allows individual service support and consultation on the individual markets.

 

In addition to the service consultations, support of local trade partners is an important part of the Hettich service philosophy. As well as providing goods to our customers through our sales representatives, we also offer an extensive disposal service. Of course, we are also engaged in helping local branches with initial set-ups and changeovers. Complete service at Hettich: All articles are provided with price and bar codes, and are presented in a suitable and attractively designed packaging, containing detailed product descriptions or mounting instructions in 16 languages. And Hettich products are also exemplary when it comes to the environment: All products are marked with the green point and are produced in environment-friendly, separable materials.
