Hettich - DIY competence
Hettich - Individual customer shop presentation
The extensive range of Hettich articles offers the best prerequisites for successful business. Whether for constructing, repairing or modernizing furniture and fittings – thousands of articles provide perfect solutions for each idea and wish. A shop presentation adapted to the market and product allows the customer a quick overview of the products offered and helps him decide what he wants to buy. Self-explanatory guide systems and the stimulating presentations with colours and pictograms lead directly to the articles required and so provide the basis of simple orientation for the customer.
A hanging plan developed with the Spacemanagement software offers the customer a good overall view – for the retailer this is a very effective and space-saving solution of the shop presentation. The informative product descriptions on the shelf also provide clear illustration of the goods offered. Each product range is subject to modular planning, which responds to the individual concepts of the retail partner and takes customer requirements into consideration.

Quick and clear objective
The first impression is decisive – a guiding principle which applies particularly at the point of sale where it is important to arouse the enthusiasm of the customer for the products offered and obtain a successful sales decision. When the customer is looking for a certain product, a targetted shop presentation and labelling is required which will lead him to the article he requires in the shortest possible time.
This customer-oriented information strategy means that there is less need for support, and that means more customer satisfaction. The new presentation guidance system which has been developed for the Hettich-Do-It-Yourself sections Technology and Glides/caps brings more transparency and clarity to the entire range of goods.

New look for technical fittings
A new system of colour coding has been developed for the section „Technical fittings“ which leads to an optical division in specific article blocks. Thus, the individual product areas can be better recognized and and the target can be located quickly. Orientation boards with colours and pictograms, sample screens and clear demonstration objects offer additional information.

"Drawer presentation" for the Decor section
The Decor presentation offers an interesting solution. In the current presentation, handles and knobs are shown off to advantage – each article is mounted on a drawer front providing a practical display of the panel and handle. The product is stowed away inside the drawer where it is protected from dust and dirt. The information panel shows the effect of the different handles against different furniture panels. Each handle has its own features and looks completely different on other panels.
