Environment

The photo shows the thin sensitive atmosphere of our earth as seen from the space shuttle. It shows the top layers of the atmosphere (stratosphere) as well as the underlaying orange coloured troposphere.

Environmental awareness and environmental compatibility - this is the challenge to us all. Maintaining the legal regulations is a minimum requirement and therefore matter of course. At Hettich, we have also implemented the following voluntary measures to protect the environment and to reduce or completely prevent pollution:

• prevention, reduction and recycling of residual materials
  
• minimizing emissions
  
• protection of soil and water
  
• minimizing the use of raw materials and use of energy

Our environmental awareness is put into everyday practice in our environmentally friendly production with recyclable products and dedicated employees.
