New employees at Hettich should feel at home very quickly. In order to hasten this process even more in future, Hettich offers a very positive welcome programme. This deals with a comprehensive introduction to the company, where there is a detailed training at the human level. The program was initiated in April and will be repeated in each quarter at our East Westphalia locations for the new employees (with Lotus-Notes-Account).
The employees were eased into our world with a welcome by Dr. Andreas Hettich at the outset. On this occasion the employees were given complete information about Hettich. Different Hettich spokespersons dealt with other areas like social services, reimbursement procedures and training across Hettich Academy, Office Excellence, vbm and internal services (Degussa Bank).
