Ask & Take Part was the motto, and the aim was to share know-how from Hettich locations with the 14 participants. The training offered a mix of theoretical product presentations and practical applications.

“Of course I know InnoTech! Sure I know the VB 36.” Basic heoretical knowledge is certainly important, but a lot of this training course was hands-on. Each product area covered included technical tasks and simulated dialogues with customers. All participants had to compile an InnoTech parts list, and later actually assemble a cupboard using different connecting fittings and hinges. The different activities gave them firsthand experience of the different view points of production, sales, and customers. At the same time their product knowledge was reinforced.
