Value Based Management  (vbm)

Value-based management is a systematic approach to managing the company in close alignment with our business strategy.

The focus is on the success factors, with potential to increase company value: customers, processes, finances and resources.
This means:
We agree individual goals that lead towards our overall strategic goals. We prioritize process-related networking of goals so that we can take an interdisciplinary approach and bundle our strengths. Each year, management and employees together assess whether we have reached the goals we set ourselves. Setting targets and reviewing progress is an important tool for maintaining our focus on essentials and achieving success.
