Job description:
As IT specialist for application development you will design and implement software systems according to your customer’s requirements, e.g. install and set up standard software. You will analyse customer requirements, design, implement, test and document new software as well as supplement applications by adding necessary functions.
In your training you will learn to use new software development tools, choose suitable interface concepts and test procedures, develop applicable and ergonomic user interfaces as well as resolve failures with special diagnostic systems. At the end of your training you will be able to develop and present applications as well as consult and train users.

Duration of training and degree:
3 years, IHK-degree (Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
Additional measures:
In workshops you will be trained in job-related skills, you will also gain key qualifications like presentation, communication, working in a team and showing initiative.
