Our focus is on ensuring client competitiveness, on supply and demand, on the way markets work. As a link between supplier, quality, development, production and logistics, we want our clients to be passionate about us. This is why benefiting the client is our ultimate goal.

Our aim is to practise a strategy of proactive procurement marketing and structured market analysis for all of our material groups. We must constantly intensify communication with our suppliers and standardise purchasing processes in order to serve the worldwide procurement mandate given to us by our customers and underpin the decisions we take in our procurement activities.

Our customers, the companies of the Hettich Group span the globe, have appointed Corporate Purchasing to co-ordinate all procurement activities, constantly improve procurement methods and expertise and thus constantly optimize the use of materials and expenditure on services and investments.

Part of Corporate Purchasing’s strategy is the strategic Material Group Management. The consistent classification of all materials and services purchased worldwide into material and product groups, with the clear assignment of local Purchasing Agents to product groups, along with collaboration among Material Group Managers, local Purchasing Agents and representatives of the specialised sectors combine the advantages of central, group-oriented purchasing with those of decentralized, site-oriented purchasing.
